THT production
We have an equipped area to make THT mounts, when the PCB or the specifications require it. This process of conventional production is done with THT technology (Through-Hole technology).

How we do it
Insertion of TH components
Our qualified technical staff is responsible for inserting the components into the electronic circuit, before they are welded.
Wave soldering
This welding technique allows us to solder the electronic components to the PCBs in a totally automated way. It is made by a cascade of soldering fluid that makes the metal areas exposed by creating an electrical connection.
Manual PCB welding
In case the electronic product requires it, our qualified technicians will perform the manual welding of some of the components.
