Our tropicalization section is in charge of applying a coat of varnish to the electronic circuits, with the aim of giving them an extra protection, mainly against the humidity. This prevents both soldering and electronic components from oxidizing and degrading.
This process ensures that the electronic circuit board has a useful life according to the customers’ needs and the final application of the product.
It prevents the PCB from rusting and corroding, and increases its durability.
It improves the dielectric or insulation resistance, i.e. the voltage to which it can be exposed.
It isolates the electronic circuit from hostile environments.
